Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Thursday night?
Mostly or partly clear skies are likely during mid to late evening over regions between Lake Ontario and Georgian Bay (following gradual clearing of clouds and moisture that may remain from afternoon thunderstorm activity), while mostly cloudy skies are likely over southwestern regions due to more low and mid-level moisture expected over southwestern regions (illustrated below for late evening) which is forecast to move eastward and cause cloudiness over most regions by early morning. Regions under partly or mostly clear skies by late evening may have varying amounts of high-level cloud visible and with high humidity and light winds, fog may develop over some regions and lots of dew is possible.
