Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night?

Skies may be clear occasionally over most regions, but lots of low and mid-level moisture is forecast to be over southern Ontario (illustrated below for late evening) and will likely cause lots of cloudy periods over most regions. Regions east of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay are more likely to be under mostly cloudy skies due to more extensive and widespread moisture over these regions.
