Partly or mostly clear skies are likely over southwestern regions, following some cloudiness during the evening, while mostly cloudy skies are expected over most other regions, caused by widespread low-level moisture, except that skies could occasionally become partly or mostly clear over regions where gaps develop in the moisture, especially before morning.
