Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?
Mostly cloudy skies are expected, with lots of middle and high-level moisture forecast to be over southern Ontario (illustrated below for late evening) but breaks in the high cloudiness will occasionally allow the brighter stars and planets to appear and to give the appearance of partly clear skies. With the very humid air over southern Ontario, fog is likely to form in regions where skies become clear enough for the ground to radiate heat and cool down enough for fog to develop.
