Mostly cloudy skies are likely, due mainly to a high cloud deck, but partly clear skies could develop occasionally over some regions where thinner gaps in the high-level moisture allow stars to become visible and give the impression of partly clear sky.

Mostly clear skies are likely over many regions, except that periods of cloudiness are likely over regions south and east of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay, caused by extensive low-level moisture flowing southeastward from the lakes (illustrated below for late evening).

over some regions near Lake Erie and western Lake Ontario where atmospheric
moisture diminishes (illustrated below for mid-level moisture). Otherwise, lots
of low and mid-level moisture is likely to cause mostly cloudy skies.
