It looks like the afternoon-evening cloudiness is forecast to move eastward from southern Ontario after midnight Thursday night, but lots of high cloudiness will probably be visible, caused by a region of high-level moisture (illustrated below) which is forecast to move eastward across southern Ontario between midnight and sunrise.
