Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Friday night?

Mostly clear skies seem likely as a high pressure ridge moves over southern Ontario, except for some jetstream-level moisture which is forecast to be over southwestern Ontario (illustrated below) and might be visible as cirrus clouds.
