Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?

Cloudless skies are expected, except for fog and low stratus cloud formation before morning in some regions. A significant factor may be continuing wildfire smoke aloft (shown below in an analysis for Tuesday morning) that will probably be over most of southern Ontario during the evening and noticeably reduce transparency.
