Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Wednesday night?

Skies will most likely be partly or mostly clear over the eastern half of southern Ontario (except for scattered low clouds), while lots of cloudiness is likely to be over southwestern regions, caused by a region of mid-level moisture which is forecast to move over southwestern regions during the evening (illustrated below for EST 19:00). Later, after midnight, increasing high cloudiness is likely over all of southern Ontario ahead of a low pressure system which is forecast to move eastward across the eastern US during Thursday, with moisture spreading northward to southern Ontario during Thursday.
