Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?

Cloudy skies are expected over all regions, due to extensive low-level moisture over southern Ontario, except for occasional breaks that may appear in the cloud cover from time to time (especially before morning) and allow moonlight to appear (during the evening before the moon sets) and give the impression of clearing skies.
