Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Friday night?

Mostly clear skies are expected over southwestern regions, and partly or mostly cloudy skies are expected elsewhere during the evening, followed by partly clearing skies later in the night, as mid-level moisture (illustrated below for after midnight) gradually moves southeastward from southern Ontario.
