Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?

Mostly cloudy skies are likely during the evening, due to lots of low-level cloudiness caused by widespread low-level moisture which is forecast to be over southern Ontario overnight (illustrated below for early evening) and then decreasing cloudiness is likely by late evening and overnight as the moisture gradually moves eastward.
