Partly clear skies are expected with lots of clouds over some regions due to lots of moisture at high, mid and low levels of the atmosphere (mid-level moisture forecast chart illustrated below for late evening) but fog is likely to form later in the night where winds become calm and over locations where rain falls during Monday afternoon.
