Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?

Cloudy skies are expected, due to widespread high cloudiness caused by jetstream-level moisture which is forecast to be over southern Ontario overnight (illustrated below for early evening), but the high cloud may occasionally be thin enough to allow the bright gibbous moon to be easily visible and cause the impression of clear skies.
