Mostly cloudy skies are likely, except for partly clear skies with lots of high clouds near Lake Ontario during the evening, until increasing mid and high-level moisture (illustrated below for late evening) moves northeastward over the western Lake Ontario area and causes skies over those regions to become mostly cloudy by about midnight.
