Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night?

Mostly clear skies are expected over southwestern regions during the evening, until mid-level cloud begins to move eastward over these regions later in the night, while mostly cloudy skies are expected over regions near, north and northwest of Lake Ontario due to low-level moisture (illustrated below for early evening) causing low cloud during the early evening.
