Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?
Mostly cloudy skies are expected most of the time, due to lots of cloudiness at low, medium and high levels of the atmosphere, but skies will occasionally become partly clear enough for the moon and brighter stars to be easily visible, and then gradually clearing skies are likely before dawn Wednesday.
