Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Friday night?

Cloudy skies are expected due to widespread high cloudiness, although some stars may be visible and occasionally cause the appearance of partly clear skies, and then clearing skies are expected by about sunrise, as high cloudiness moves eastward from southern Ontario. Fog may develop in regions where the sky clears before morning, due to increasingly humid air moving over southern Ontario overnight.
