Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Wednesday night?

Partly or mostly cloudy skies are likely during the evening, due to lots of low clouds, followed by partly or mostly clear skies later in the evening or by early morning except for varying amounts of high cloud that may be visible due to upper-level moisture that is forecast to move across southern Ontario overnight (illustrated below for late evening).
