Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?

Mostly cloudy skies are expected, due to lots of high cloud caused by jetstream-level moisture which is forecast to move southeastward across southern Ontario overnight (illustrated below for late evening), followed by diminishing high clouds and increasingly clear skies after midnight.
