Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Thursday night?

Partly cloudy skies are expected, due to high cloudiness that may be visible over most regions, caused by a region of upper-level moisture which is forecast to move southeastward across most of southern Ontario overnight (illustrated below for late evening).
