Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Wednesday night?

Partly or mostly cloudy skies are expected especially over southern regions of southern Ontario, with diminishing low and mid-level clouds during the evening over many regions, some high cloud over regions near Lakes Erie and Ontario, and fog and low cloud formation over many regions after midnight.
