Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Wednesday night?

Partly clear skies are expected during the evening with lots of high cloud over all regions, and lots of low cloud over some regions, followed by increasing cloudiness overnight, but skies may occasionally be clear enough during the evening for the moon and bright planets to be easily visible, and possibly give the appearance of clear skies.
