Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night?

Mostly cloudy skies are expected, due to widespread high-level cloudiness, with generally more high cloud over regions west of Lake Ontario and less over regions north of Lake Ontario. Occasional breaks in the high cloudiness and bright moonlight (after moonrise, mid-evening) may give the appearance of clear skies over some regions.
