Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Tuesday night?

It looks like skies will be mostly clear, except for some high cloudiness that may be visible over some regions of southwestern Ontario, caused by jetstream-level moisture (illustrated below) at the northern edge of a frontal zone which is mostly south of Ontario.

Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night?


It looks like a cold front which is forecast to move eastward across southern Monday afternoon will be followed by clearing skies as moisture moves eastward and dry air (illustrated below) causes clearing skies in sharp subsidence following the front. Clearing ought to begin around sunset in southwestern Ontario and then several hours later, by mid to late evening, near the Toronto area.

It looks like the evening will begin with some cloudiness over southwestern regions and skies will be mostly cloudy over most regions of southern Ontario by approximately midnight, due to high-level moisture (illustrated below) moving eastward across southern Ontario overnight ahead of a low pressure trough that is forecast to move eastward over the western Great Lakes region overnight.

Will skies be clear Tuesday evening over southern Ontario?
Most of southern Ontario will probably be cloudy at sunset and overnight, but thinner clouds near and north of the Toronto area may cause skies to be mostly clear during early evening, except for some mid and high-level cloudiness that may appear as thin cloudiness.
Cloudiness is likely to increase by midnight as increasing moisture moves northeastward over southern Ontario ahead of a warm front.

Skies will be cloudy, most of the night, and then moisture is forecast to move eastward from southern Ontario (illustrated below) and allow skies to likely begin clearing several hours before sunrise, most likely in time for the partial lunar eclipse to be seen.
