Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Wednesday night?
Cloudy skies are expected, except that increasing cloudiness during the evening (due to increasing mid-level moisture, illustrated below for early evening) will probably have enough breaks in the clouds to allow bright moonlight to appear and give the impression of partly clear skies over some locations from time to time.
