Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Thursday night?
Mostly cloudy skies are likely during the evening over most regions, followed by clearing skies after midnight, due to a region of uplift over southern Ontario during the evening and lots of low-level moisture flowing southeastward over southern Ontario (illustrated below for early evening) that will be available to form low-level clouds over many or most regions.
