Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night?

Lots of jetstream-level moisture (illustrated below for early evening) is expected to cause mostly cloudy skies due to high clouds, although bright super moonlight may give the appearance of clear skies from locations where urban light makes the widespread high cloudiness hard to see.
