Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Thursday night?

Mostly cloudy skies are likely over most regions, mostly due to low-level moisture south and east of Lake Huron (illustrated below for Thursday night) causing lake-effect cloud, except for partly cloudy skies over southwestern regions not directly affected by from Lake Huron.
