Mostly cloudy skies are likely over most regions, due to some mid-level cloudiness caused by a region of mid-level moisture which is forecast  to move eastward from southern Ontario by around midnight (illustrated below for late evening at 500 hPa level) and then another region of mid-level moisture is forecast to move eastward over southern Ontario after midnight (illustrated below for early Saturday at 700 hPa level) and cause more mid-level cloudiness, but enough breaks in the mid-level cloudiness are expected to cause skies to become clear enough for bright moonlight to be visible and give the impression of mostly clear sky.
