Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night?
Mostly cloudy skies are expected, due to increasing high cloudiness, but skies may appear to be clear during the first several hours of the evening in regions near and east of GTA, where the high cloudiness may be thin enough to allow the moon and brighter stars to be visible and cause the impression of clear skies.
