Partly or mostly clear skies are likely due to lots of moisture in the atmosphere at low, middle and high levels, except for more cloudiness over some regions where moisture will be more significant (illustrated below for mid-level moisture during late evening). Smoke aloft will also be contributing to cause hazy skies over most regions.
