Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Thursday night?
Mostly cloudy skies are likely during the evening until mid-level moisture moves southeastward from most regions after midnight (illustrated below for early Friday) and then clearing skies are expected over most regions, except for southernmost regions where moisture may remain and cause mostly cloudy skies until morning. Fog is likely to develop by morning over most regions where skies become clear. In addition, smoke and aerosol particles aloft from western wildfires (illustrated below for Thursday) may cause skies that become cloudless to appear hazy.
