Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Saturday night?
Skies are expected to be cloudy during the evening, due to extensive mid-level moisture over southern Ontario until the moisture moves south from Lakes Erie and Ontario later in the evening (illustrated below in the charts of 700 hPa moisture for EDT 20:00 and 23:00). Then, clearing skies are likely over most regions, except for regions south of Lake Huron and Georgian Bay, where extensive low-level moisture is likely to cause widespread low cloud cover (illustrated below for early Sunday).
