Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night? Partly clear skies are expected, especially from late evening until after midnight, following some early evening cloudiness due to lots of low-level moisture which is forecast to move eastward from southern Ontario later in the night (illustrated below for late evening). Increasing low cloudiness is expected before morning twilight.
