Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night?

Cloudiness during the evening is forecast to move eastward, followed by clearing skies overnight except for some low clouds that may appear over some locations, caused by low-level moisture which is forecast to remain over some regions (especially south of Georgian Bay) after midnight (illustrated below for early Tuesday).
