Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night?

Mostly cloudy skies are expected, due to lots of high and mid-level moisture which is forecast to be over southern Ontario overnight (illustrated above for late evening), but lots of breaks in the clouds will likely allow the full moon to be easily visible some of the time over most regions and give the appearance of mostly clear skies.
