Partly or mostly clear skies are likely, except for some clouds during the evening near and downwind of regions where afternoon cloudiness and thunderstorms develop, and except for high clouds over some regions (which might be visible through the humid and hazy sky).

Clear skies are expected, except for some clouds remaining during the evening near regions where afternoon cloudiness developed, and except for high clouds that might be visible occasionally over some regions.

Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Thursday night?

Mostly clear skies are likely, except for some clouds during the evening remaining over and downwind from locations where significant cloud and thunderstorm development occurs during Thursday afternoon. Some smoke aloft, from western wildfires, may noticeably reduce transparency over some regions.

Mostly clear skies are expected, with some low and mid-level clouds possible, but increasing smoke aloft (from western wildfires) is expected over southern Ontario overnight.

Mostly clear skies are expected by twilight, except for regions near and south of the GTHA and the Niagara peninsula, as cloudiness over southern Ontario during Monday is forecast to move southward from most regions by sunset and from the Niagara peninsula region by about midnight.

Cloudy skies are expected over regions to the west and southwest of Lake Ontario, due to mid-level moisture which is forecast to remain over those regions (illustrated below for late evening), and mostly clear skies are likely to the north, north-west and northeast, except for some high jetstream-level cirrus which is likely to appear occasionally over most regions overnight.

Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Satuirday night?
Cloudy skies are expected over most regions, except for partly clear skies during the early evening over southern regions near Lake Erie and near and to the southwest of the GTHA, due to mid-level moisture which is forecast to move southeastward over southern Ontario by late evening (illustrated below for near sunset). Thunderstorm activity during the late afternoon and early evening may cause completely cloudy skies over some regions.

Lots of cloudiness will be around, and occasional periods of partly or mostly clear skies are likely over most regions. Dewpoint and humidity will be high, and winds are likely to be calm or light over most regions, and fog is likely to develop over some regions.

Mostly cloudy skies are expected, caused by high cloud moving eastward across the Great Lakes region, but enough clear breaks will likely exist for the moon to occasionally become visible after moonrise and give the impression of partly clear skies.
