Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Wednesday night?
Mostly cloudy skies are expected, due to lots of low clouds and fog that may form overnight, especially over regions with wet ground, but enough clear breaks may allow the nearly full moon to be visible and give the appearance of a partly clear sky.
