Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Monday night?
Mostly or partly cloudy skies are expected, due to lots of moisture over southern Ontario, but some breaks in cloudiness are likely to occasionally allow the moon and bright planets to be visible and give the appearance of partly clear skies.
