Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Thursday night?

Mostly cloudy skies are expected over most regions, except for mostly clear skies over regions near and east of GTA during early and mid-evening until some high cloudiness moves over these regions, caused by jetstream-level moisture which is forecast to move eastward over southern Ontario overnight. Some patches of low cloud are also likely to move over some regions during the evening.
