Will skies be clear Wednesday night over southern Ontario?

Skies ought to be partly to mostly clear overnight, with a high pressure ridge west of the Great Lakes causing clearing skies, while an upper level trough over eastern Ontario causes some cloudiness. Cold air aloft, along with some regions of mid-level moisture and patches of uplift, circulating around the upper trough will cause some areas of cloudiness especially in regions near and north of the Toronto area.
