Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Thursday evening?

It looks like mostly cloudy skies are expected, due to copious moisture at mid-levels of the atmosphere circulating around a large upper-level trough over eastern Ontario and western Quebec, with cyclonic circulation and embedded regions of uplift to contribute to upward vertical motion and cloud formation. The clearest skies will most likely be over southwestern regions.
