Will
skies be clear Tuesday night over southern Ontario?
It looks
like mostly, or completely cloudy skies are likely, except for partly clear
skies during the first 1 or 2 hours following sunset, near and north of the
Toronto region (and partly cloudy conditions east of southern Ontario
overnight). High clouds in the skies near Toronto near the end of twilight may allow
enough starlight to penetrate and give the impression of partly clear skies,
until skies become more overcast later in the evening.
