Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Thursday night?

It looks like skies will be clear near, north and east of the GTHA but partly or mostly cloudy over southwestern regions during the evening, until mid-level moisture (illustrated below for late evening) moves southward from the province after midnight. Then, during the pre-dawn period, some jetstream-level moisture is forecast to move southward over southern Ontario and may cause some high clouds to be visible.
