Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Thursday night?

High thin cloudiness is likely to be over most of southern Ontario during most of the night near and approximately south of a line from southern Lake Huron to  the GTHA, caused by jetstream-level moisture close to the jetstream which is over Ontario (illustrated below for Thursday late evening). The moisture and cloud may be thin enough to give the impression of clear and starry skies (especially from urban locations where only the planets and brightest stars can normally be seen).
