Will skies be clear Monday night over southern Ontario?
Mostly cloudy skies are expected, due to lots of mid and high-level moisture in the atmosphere over southern Ontario, but skies may occasional appear to be clear enough for the brighter stars to be visible over most regions sometime during the night.
