Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Saturday night?
Mostly clear skies are expected after early-evening mid-level cloudiness diminishes, except for some high clouds that may appear over southwestern regions, caused by jetstream-level moisture which is forecast to move eastward over southern Ontario overnight (illustrated below for early Sunday, after midnight). The illustration below for mid-level moisture (700 hPa level) shows the moisture which is forecast to move across southern Ontario around sunset and early evening and be mostly east of southern Ontario by late evening.
