Will skies be clear over southern Ontario Friday night?

Partly cloudy skies are expected overnight, except for mostly clear skies during the evening over some regions near and north of GTA, following Friday afternoon's cold front, and then partly cloudy skies are expected later in the evening and overnight, due to lots of mid-level moisture forecast to remain over most of southern Ontario (illustrated below for late evening).
