Mostly cloudy skies are likely most of the time over most regions, due to lots of low-level moisture which is forecast to be over southern Ontario (illustrated below for mid-evening) but breaks in the cloud may appear from time to time overnight and allow skies to become partly or mostly clear over various regions.
